FestLiv1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms govern use of the FestLiv iOS app and official website. By using FestLiv, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Some features may have additional on-screen instructions; those instructions apply only to the relevant feature.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required to use a service like FestLiv in your location. If you are under the age of legal majority, obtain permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for using FestLiv in accordance with laws applicable to you.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information when creating or updating a profile. Keep access to your device and sign-in method secure. You may not impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, transfer an account without authorization, or use FestLiv for unlawful purposes. The current app keeps account and activity information primarily on your device; a locally created profile does not by itself establish a remotely synchronized account.
4. Content you create
You may create festival events, photos, videos, descriptions, comments, and other content through features available in the app. You retain your rights to content you create. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use and share it, including permission from people shown in your media when required.
You give FestLiv a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, display, and process your content only as needed to operate the features you choose to use. This does not transfer ownership of your content to FestLiv. Content that you deliberately export or share through another service is also subject to that service's terms.
5. Community rules
FestLiv does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior. Do not create, post, send, or promote content that is illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, violent, hateful, threatening, fraudulent, or otherwise seriously harmful. Do not infringe someone else's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights, reveal private information without permission, or distribute scams, spam, or malware.
Do not bully, harass, stalk, shame, threaten, discriminate against, or repeatedly contact someone who does not want to interact. Do not disrupt festival experiences or misuse reporting tools. Treat other people and cultures with respect.
6. Reporting and blocking
Where shown in the app, you can report content or users and block accounts. We may review information available to us, remove content, restrict features, or suspend access when needed to address violations or safety risks. Current in-app moderation choices may be stored locally, so their effect may be limited to your device. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services; FestLiv's reporting tools are not an emergency channel.
7. Festival and communication features
Use event creation, community content, messages, and media features responsibly. Do not record or redistribute another person's communications without any consent required by law. Avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information with people you do not know.
Features may differ by app version or location. Some content and interactions in the current app are illustrative or stored on-device; labels such as “live” or “community” do not necessarily mean that a real-time network connection or public distribution is active.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and what controls you have. Please review it before using the app or sharing information.
9. Availability and responsibility
We may improve, change, pause, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, FestLiv is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for content created by other users or for interactions you arrange outside the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your location.
10. Ending use
You may stop using FestLiv at any time and can use the in-app Delete Account control to clear local account and activity data. We may restrict access or remove content if these Terms are violated or if there is a safety, security, or legal reason to do so.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as FestLiv changes. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. Where required by law, we will give additional notice or request your agreement.
